ME and ART

I am a fourteen-year-old boy named Leonardo Piazza.

My passion for art has been a constant in my life, always present and nurtured with dedication.

Like many, my artistic journey began in childhood, with my first drawings at school and at home, fueled by curiosity and the enthusiasm sparked by the school environment.

Until the first half of 2023, my artistic production focused exclusively on what I call small drawings. However, in September of the same year, thanks to the guidance and passion passed on to me over the years by Giuseppe Granzo — my Mentor and Master [standing to my left in the photo] — I discovered true art: painting on canvas or using techniques worthy of being called Art. This was undoubtedly a pivotal step that transformed the way I express myself artistically.

Since September 2023, I have begun creating true paintings, evolving from simple drawings. My first two paintings, "LOVE" and "CAPENDO L'AMORE", were executed using a mixed material technique, a method taught to me by my Master Granzo, who is its inventor.

Without this transformation (thanks also to my Master) and without continuous research and experimentation, I certainly wouldn't have reached what I consider to be my artistic milestones. Now, with the techniques I have learned and those I continue to develop, I dedicate myself with enthusiasm to what I call "LA MIA ARTE", a creative journey in constant evolution.

This art is abstract in style, but it is represented and presented in a way that everyone can understand and interpret, alternating between description and vision.

I believe that every day is an opportunity to experiment, grow, and discover new expressive possibilities, following a path that reflects my journey through emotions and my relentless desire to explore and narrate the world through Art.
